At Rent 365 Tokyo, we let you choose how much you want to spend on commission fee. For instance, if you don't mind viewing properties alone without our agents showing you around, we will discount 25% off the commission fee.


Also, if you are OK with setting up utilities and internet by yourself or calling management company or owner directly when something unexpected happens to your apartment or house, we will happily discount another 25% off the commission fee.


However, if you prefer to live a stress-free life and don't mind paying 25% of the commission fee, our agents will gladly assist you. Our services include pretty much everything from serving as the middle man between you and management company or owner to setting up utilities and internet and even helping you fill out the room checklist form and termination form. IMPORTANT! Some management companies charge you a support fee when you sign a contract, so if you have no choice but to pay the fee we suggest you try their services. At Rent 365 Tokyo, there is no need to commit to our services from the start. If at anytime you decide you need our help just contact us.
